Phygital Reality Lab LTD (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how OmMind XR (“the App”) handles information when used on Meta Quest.
1. Information We Collect
OmMind XR:
Does NOT require user accounts
Does NOT collect names, emails, addresses, or payment data
Does NOT store any personal data on our own servers
Does NOT operate any backend database
OmMind XR runs entirely offline on the user’s device with no direct data storage by Phygital Reality Lab LTD.
However, Meta Quest as a platform may automatically collect limited anonymous technical data, such as:
Headset model and operating system
App usage duration
Performance and crash diagnostics
Anonymous device identifiers
This data is governed by Meta’s own privacy systems, not by Phygital Reality Lab LTD directly.
2. Why This Data Exists
Any technical data collected by the Meta platform exists only to:
Maintain platform stability
Diagnose crashes and technical errors
Improve overall system performance
Phygital Reality Lab LTD does not use any data for:
Advertising
Tracking across apps
Marketing
User profiling
3. How Data Is Processed
OmMind XR itself does not transmit, upload, or store data on external servers.
Any diagnostic processing that occurs is handled entirely by Meta’s platform infrastructure.
Phygital Reality Lab LTD does not directly receive identifiable user data.

5. Data Security
Since OmMind XR does not operate servers or databases, all local security is handled at the device and platform level by Meta Quest’s operating system.
6. Children’s Privacy
OmMind XR is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
7. Your Global Data Deletion Rights (ALL Users)
Even though Phygital Reality Lab LTD does not store personal data, ALL users worldwide still have the right to request confirmation or deletion inquiries.
